There is a 95% chance that women will become the primary financial decision-maker at some point in their lives, from divorce, death of a spouse or some other major life event. Yet many women shy away from financial literacy because they don’t understand it, feel intimidated by it, or yield that power and decision making to a spouse or partner.
Women must learn more about investing, wealth accumulation, budgeting and wealth management so they are prepared to make important financial decisions and reap the lifelong benefits of wealth engagement.
Girls and women who are confident about finance will have better career advancement, wealth accumulation, happiness at home, inspiration to get involved in politics and civic organizations, confidence to become entrepreneurs and start their own business, and more personal fulfillment.
